Jacqui's Note:  A delicious ham for your holiday table!

Ingredients:

1 (8.5 pounds) low sodium smoked fully cooked ham

extra-virgin olive oil, for coating

1 1/4 cups maple syrup

2/3 cup Dijon mustard

1 Tablespoon grated orange rind

2 Tablespoons orange juice

1 cup JammakerTM Cranberry Delight Marmalade

Directions:

Trim fat and rind from ham.  Score outside of ham in diamond pattern.

Coat and rub ham with extra-virgin olive oil.  Place ham in a shallow roasting pan.

Combine 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, orange rind, and orange juice.  Stir until well combined.  Brush over ham.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 5 minutes.  Reduce temperature to 325 degrees F and cook an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.  Baste ham with maple syrup mixture every 30 minutes.  Transfer to cutting board and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.  Transfer to platter.

Combine remaining mapler syrup, mustard, and JammakerTM Cranberry Delight Marmalade in small saucepan.  Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated, about 3 minutes.  Serve JammakerTM Cranberry Delight Marmalade mustard sauce with ham.
