                      JammakerTM Blueberry Muffins









2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1/4 cup walnut oil, or oil of choice

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup JammakerTM No Way, No Sugar!TM Blueberry fruit spread




Preheat oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin with liners; set aside.


In a medium sized mixing bowl whisk together dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.


In small bowl mix together wet ingredients: milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.  

Mix until well combined.


Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.  

Whisk until just combined.


Carefully fold in the JammakerTM No Way, No Sugar!TM Blueberry fruit spread.


Fill liners 3/4 of the way with muffin batter.


Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until muffins spring back after being touched.
